Stacie Miller, RN, MBA, BSN, CEN, 

With more than 30 years of clinical experience and over a decade as an executive nurse leader, Stacie brings a rare blend of clinical insight, operational expertise, and human‑centered leadership to every organization she serves. Her career spans both community-based as well as large, complex health systems—including Providence Healthcare and HCA—where she became known for developing strong leaders, building cohesive teams, and driving exceptional clinical, operational and financial outcomes.

A graduate of HCA/Harvard Business School’s executive development program, Stacie’s leadership philosophy is rooted in people. She believes that when leaders feel supported, aligned, and empowered, they create cultures where nurses and caregivers can thrive. Her strategic approach to financial stewardship and sustainable operations has strengthened teams while improving retention and elevating the care experience.

What truly sets Stacie apart is her commitment to growing others. She has walked the path from bedside to boardroom, and she understands the challenges, pressures, and opportunities that come with leading in today’s healthcare environment.
